East Lothian 7 night golf package – Summer 2012
The county of East Lothian is sometimes called the Cradle of Golf - the golf courses are so close together that you can stay in the same hotel for the duration of your stay, centrally located for each course, and yet close enough to Edinburgh (20 miles) to fit in some sightseeing in Scotland's historic and scenic capital city. We also recommend making time to visit Glenkinchie Whisky Distillery. The popular Golf Inn in Gullane, which couldn't be in a better location, just a short iron away from Gullane Golf Club and on Main Street in the middle of town. They've recently re-decorated all their bedrooms so this makes for a very friendly and relaxed place to stay - and an easy walk to all the local pubs & restaurants - their own restaurant has a very good reputation too.

St. Andrews 7 night golf package – Summer 2012
Here's our recommended St Andrews package, which includes ballot entry for the Old Course. Every serious golfer has to at some stage of their golf education, visit the home of golf and play the classic courses at St Andrews. Have got a great guest house right in the heart of town - Six Murray Park. Recently taken over by Paul & Yvonne, they have completely transformed it, so everything feels fresh & new! Lovely modern rooms, very friendly owners, fantastic Scottish breakfasts and just a walk away from the Old Course and all the bars & restaurants in town....perfect! All keen golfers will relish playing at St Andrews, but it's the sheer quality of the other links courses nearby that single this part of the country as being so special. These include playing the New & Jubilee courses that both run alongside the Old course. Crail is a true hidden gem, with some breathtaking holes played right alongside the sea, Lundin is part links, part parkland and a good enough test to be a British Open qualifying course when The Open is held at St. Andrews.

North Aberdeen 7 night golf package – Summer 2012
We have a superb hotel lined up at the Kilmarnock Arms Hotel in Cruden Bay. It's just been taken over by new & enthusiastic owners who have transformed the hotel into a very relaxed and welcoming home for golfing groups. The style of the hotel is traditional but all the rooms are clean & spacious. They have a new team in the kitchen and have got excellent reviews for their menus featuring fresh local food, and catch of the day from local fishermen. Five superb rounds of links golf on this package, with games at Murcar, Cruden Bay, Peterhead, Fraserburgh & Royal Aberdeen. What's more, the courses here are very accessible for visitors to play on weekends. Cruden Bay is an inspirational Scottish links and a thrilling place to play golf amongst the humps & bumps and sand dunes, some as high as three storey buildings. Fraserburgh & Peterhead both offer Scottish seaside golf at its best....big dunes, fast and natural greens and some great views out to the North Sea. Murcar is located on a classic stretch of links land with huge sand dunes, crumpled fairways, burns and heather. Royal Aberdeen can lay claim to being the 6th oldest golf club in the world and is rightly acclaimed as a classic Championship links. We'd also highly recommend taking some time out to enjoy some sightseeing in the region, to include one or two of its many castles and just as many of its famous distilleries!

Highlands 7 night golf package – Summer 2012
Accommodation is at the highly regarded Avalon Guesthouse, near Inverness Castle. Recommended in lots of guides, this is a 4 star B&B in a quiet residential area of central Inverness, just a few minutes walk from the castle, museum, railway, shops and river. Golf itinerary includes 5 classic Highlands links courses – at Royal Dornoch, Brora, Fortrose & Rosemarkie, Nairn & Moray Old. We would recommend a rest day in the middle of the week, to enjoy local sightseeing around Loch Ness, a visit to one of the historic castles in the area or the famous battlefield at Culloden, a whisky distillery tour (dozens to choose from !) and an evening meal at a traditional local pub on the shores of Loch Ness.

Ayrshire Coast 7 night golf package – Summer 2012
The region of Ayrshire is best known as the birthplace of Robert Burns, Scotland's great poet, loved and revered the world over. Many visitors come here to visit the many sights associated with the great bard, but of course the Ayrshire coast is also famed for its excellent golf courses, such as Royal Troon. There are a few other reasons for visiting Ayrshire, most notably Culzean Castle to the south of Ayr, one of Scotland's top tourist attractions. One of the region's main attractions is the beautiful Isle of Arran, well worth a visit if you have the time. We'd also recommend a visit to Glengoyne Whisky Distillery. The accommodation on the Ayr coast will be at a very good B&B - the Burnside Guest House which is centrally located in a conservation area next to the beach and within easy walking distance of Ayr town centre which boasts a selection of excellent restaurants and shops.
This Victorian Guest House has been tastefully decorated to provide excellent 4 Star quality accommodation, and is also ideally located close to many of the top local links courses. The golf games will be on 5 of the top links courses in the area – Royal Troon, Kilmarnock Barassie, Dundonald, Glasgow Gailes & Western Gailes.
