A welcome package will include check in and out procedures, map of Radium and area and keys. Multiply sets of keys can be supplied for larger parties in any one unit. Garage door opener is located in the suite and has to be returned: $100 penalty and billed to deposit credit card. There is one parking slot underground for each unit booked. Other cars are in the outdoor parking area.
The 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condos are all privately owned and include all the household amenities you will need to enjoy a home away from home vacation. The kitchens have 5 appliances - fridge, stove/hood fans, microwave, dishwasher, & garbage disposals and have complete place settings for 6 to 10 guests. The Peaks complex has an outdoor pool, 2 spas and a small recreational building. This facility will be available for our guests to enjoy however the posted rules, hours of operation, and access restrictions must be adhered to. All units have gas BBQs out on the deck or patios, cable TV, DVD players, and stereos. Most condos have gas fireplaces for warmth and ambiance and mountain views to set the perfect mood.
All units are wheel chair accessible except for the second level of the penthouse units. Elevator in each building is from underground parking area to the third floor. All units have a barbeque. All units have at least one deck for summer enjoyment. Quiet time is from 10 PM on and is enforced. Please respect private residents quite time.
The in ground pool and pool deck is excellent during the summer months for basking and baking. No liquor or glass in the pool areas. Very strict on this due to families in the area with children. Hours for the pool area is from 8 AM till 10 PM - There are two hot tub / Jacuzzi’s in the complex - one indoor and one outdoor.
