Gold Course: Designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr., this monster at over 7200 yards is always ranked among the best resort courses in Arizona. It offers nearly twice the acreage as most desert designs built today and features elevated greens, narrow landing areas, elongated tee boxes, well-placed bunkers and water hazards. It's the toughest of the 3 courses at Wigwam Resort & Spa but from the front tees is playable for all skill levels.
Heritage Course: This course was created Red Lawrence who is also responsible for Arizona's first desert golf course design too. His work is a compliment to the other two courses on-site (Patriot and Gold) set among a forest of pines and eucalyptus trees. You will also pass some of the finest estates that this up-scale neighbourhood has to offer.
Patriot Course: This Robert Trent Jones Sr. design is the 'signature' course at the resort. It's not the longest in the State but with its deep bunkers, tight fairways, doglegs and water hazards it can be quite a challenge for even the better players. Four sets of tees make is friendly for new players and it's always in great shape. Save some accuracy for the final hole since large mounds and plenty of traps come into play on this par-4. A flat stance can be hard to find!
